Our Yoga Classes


Hatha Flow

A balanced combination of sustained poses and flow with a mindful progression from one pose to another (Asana). Attention is always given to alignment & breath (Pranayama) inviting mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced. A Hatha yoga practice focuses on purifying the body, calming the mind and opening up to grace. Root to Rise.



Vinyasa Flow

This is a vigorously dynamic yoga practice, where your breath is used as an anchor/or foundation linking you through a challenging sequence of poses creating a "flow". This continuous "flow" of postures becomes a dance of hip openers, standing poses, back bends and core work creating powerful muscular energy. Through this action of exploration we craft mindfulness of the present and cultivate connection to our selves ....opening to grace.



Functional Flow

Increase strength by integrating yoga on your active rest days to increase performance, mobility, balance. Using yoga as a modality to improve and build our movement patterns to restore the body to a highly functioning state of well being . Integrating alignment , movement , and breath on the mat to carry over off the mat . Movement changes your body , breath changes your mind .
