Our Yoga Classes


Hatha Flow

A balanced combination of sustained poses and flow with a mindful progression from one pose to another (Asana). Attention is always given to alignment & breath (Pranayama) inviting mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced. A Hatha yoga practice focuses on purifying the body, calming the mind and opening up to grace. Root to Rise.



Vinyasa Flow

This is a vigorously dynamic yoga practice, where your breath is used as an anchor/or foundation linking you through a challenging sequence of poses creating a "flow". This continuous "flow" of postures becomes a dance of hip openers, standing poses, back bends and core work creating powerful muscular energy. Through this action of exploration we craft mindfulness of the present and cultivate connection to our selves ....opening to grace.



Prana Power Flow

An invigorating all level class with inventive sequences of sun salutions and core stabilizing strength/balance poses to increase mobility guided by a steady breath to calm the mind.
